What have you been up to since you graduated? (Applying to/attending graduate school, working a job, etc.)
I graduated with a B.A. in International Affairs in Spring 2021. I am enrolled in the Masters of Applied American Politics & Policy program at FSU while also working at The Southern Group as a Legislative Intern for the 2021-22 Legislative Session. I am also currently awaiting my commission into the US Air Force!
How did your degree in social science help inform your path?
My undergraduate degree allowed me to learn about the different areas of social science and find my passion – political and international affairs. Regardless of the workload, I found myself desiring to learn more! The ability to have COSSPP alumni mentors, while connecting my leadership involvements and academics, directly developed me into who I am today.
What is your favorite memory or spot on campus?
My favorite memory and spot on campus is Mino Jo Powell Alumni Green during the Fallen Heroes Ceremony. Being able to see close to 7000 American Flags honoring service members killed-in-action since 9/11 is a humbling and speechless experience.
