What is your major and why did you choose it? 

My major is Sociology, and I chose this program because I’ve always been passionate about contemporary issues and wanted to further my understanding when it comes to the world around us. 

What do you want to do with your major after graduation?

I’ve loved my undergraduate experience at Florida State University and wanted to continue a careen in academia. For the upcoming Fall semester, I’ve decided to further this at FSU by going into the Human Development and Family Science M.S. program. I hope to pursue more research with my academic background. 

What is your favorite thing about being a COSSPP student?

My favorite thing about being a COSSPP student is understanding more about intersectionalities of gender, race, and socioeconomic status.
